An opportunity for you and your child/children to spend some time in the Gong space together connecting and chilling out.
Everything you see is vibrating at a frequency, including us! We are constantly in a state of vibration and influcened by heard and unheard sound frequencies. Sound has the capability to affect how we feel and function.
Please bring your mats, blankets, cushions and all things to make a cosy space.
