Singing Bowl Workshop (Mochdre)

Join me at Source Yoga Studio (upstairs) for this special evening session of working with and connecting to singing bowls.

The harmonious sounds emitted from a singing bowl have been used for hundreds of years to invoke a state of meditation and deep relaxation, to relieve stress, tension and soothe away any negative energy.

In this workshop we will learn how to tune into the subtle energies that link us to these sacred instruments and enjoy an introduction to all the different techniques of working with a singing bowl, with plenty of time for connecting, playing and healing.

You can bring your own bowl if you already have one or have a go and experiment with a collection of bowls carefully sourced from the Kathmandu Valley, with an option to buy one, if you so wish at the end. The bowls are priced £35 up to £100, and all play beautifully.

No previous experience is necessary.

There are just 10 spaces. In order to secure your space, payment is requested on booking.
